this uint is a waste of your time , an your money only come out in 480 res. and very juimped ,very distored ,poor sound, a total disapointment.

This is a piece of junk. Resolution was terrible. Can get the same performance by using an Svideo cable from the laptop into the TV. Don’t waste your money. Just buy an Svideo cable

The product was original in sealed box delivered WAY BEFORE I expected it. Although, I haven’t used it yet the only side effect for me was the instructions on the back were to small for my bad eyes.

Hopefully my review will change once I get it working. But so far it won’t work. Evidently the power output on my computer’s USB port is not powerful enough to run this thing. I tried a couple USB power adapters from my mp3 players (one ipod, one not) and neither one worked. I’ll try other power adapters, like a powered usb hub. Maybe it will work, maybe not. There’s no power indicator on it to know if it should be working or not, so it’s hard to test it.

Picture was ok but not great, once you took the 15 minutes EACH TIME you hooked it up, to adjust the screen attributes (pain in the @#!). I ended up buying another port replicator for my laptop that duplicates EXACTLY what I see on my computer screen.It was cheaper too since I bought it used!
